Account hasn't been approved after 9 days.

My customer ID is 39431253. I have submitted all the documents you asked for and its showing 'action required' in the accounts tab. But when i go to verification center there are no open requirements. its been more than 9 days. Kindly look into the matter. I also tried calling your customer executive number but they were not able to connect my call to any executive. This type of inconvenience is not expected from an International payment service like payoneer. I am highly unsatisfied

i also have a payment of $1,500 pending since august 12th they have just been pushing me up and down my Customer ID 389491530

Please note, that in order to verify payments it is necessary to provide all requested information in the relevant time frame. Once the information is provided it will be reviewed accordingly.
