Account approval

I'm very sad at Payonner !

How's it that it takes 3 to 5 business days to get an account approval and a notify email if it's been 7 days and I have no reply????
Guys, I need to receive a payment!!
I need this account so I can receive it !

I try to contact through the live chat (something I found pretty helpful when I needed to solve an email issue ) but everytime I get "status: cancelled".

The help center doesn't help me at all.

I'm having a pretty bad experience here.

    I got my account back :)

    But to do so, I had to chat with the Payoneer support (live chat ) using another account I have since I couldn't talk to them through this one.
