Incorrect details

Please help me out. I'm trying to receive my payments from the Payoneer account directly to my local bank account but when I send my info on the "For add my local bank account?" I keep getting this error "One or more of the details you entered is incorrect. Please try again"... And I'm quite sure I got them right.

If you can enlighten me, that would be great!
