Where can I entablish a contact with someone to report my problem?

All I get is automated responses. My account was inactive since 2015, and my credit card expired and status says "Balance Blocked".

How can I request for a new credit card and to be able to use my account?

    if they are not replay
    open ticket And explan ur problem and u can send some explan screenshot
    and make post in forum with ur customer ID And Refence Number !
