Customer Chat - "Status: Disconnected"

I've received an international payment 8 days ago, and it is still being displayed as "Pending" without an explanation
I try to contact Live Assistance, after waiting in a queue I get "Chat Status: Disconnected".

I'm starting to worry for the safety of my money and whether I should terminate further transactions to the account. Please advise.

    Your case is already under review with out Payment Department and we will notify you by email as soon as we have an update.
