12 k usd pending for 8 days already, BE AWARE.

I have 5 sleepless nights already. I have requested my client for payment, 7800 usd and 4300 usd. Both of that payments are "under review" 8 days. No updates, nothing but lies from customer supports.
Here is what i got from them, tree times i asked about it, and each time i get same lie:
" [02:12:31 AM]Nicholas: I will be asking the payments team to check this for you asap
[02:12:36 AM]Nicholas: It's my pleasure.
[02:12:44 AM]Nicholas: you can expect a response in the next 24 hours "
" Please allow until the end of the business day today. "
" [01:13:51 AM]Nica: The manual review takes 2-3 business days in order to complete. Once it is done, your payment will be processed and our Payments Team will send you an email notification. "
before that i used payoneer for 150-400 usd transfers, and week ago i decided that it worth a try for a bigger one. Now i cant sleep 4th day in a row. Be AWARE about your money.
I dont know where the money is, i dont know when i get them or will they return money to customer.
Run away from payoneer, that "worldwide" payment system is a scam and humiliation. After that week i feel myself physically sick, humiliated, used, treated like an empty spot. Thanks to payoneer.
