Withdrawal not transferring

Hi, I'd like someone from Payoneer to answer quickly please, I withdrew a payment to my bank account on August 18 and the payment still hasn't come. Today I saw that it says that the withdrawal is "under review". I've been waiting for the transaction to complete for 9 days already. I've written to support but they said it'll take 3-4 more days. I'm tired of waiting. Please help

    I think payoneer is undergoing system malfunction. So many complaints this period and their help desk ain't functional at all. I'm agrieved too. My payment's been pending for 6days now. Where's ****_payoneer_****??

    Our records show the most recent withdrawal was completed on our end. If you have not received the funds, you will need to confirm with our support center whether the bank details your registered are correct or not.

    Once you do, our department will make sure to proceed with an investigation to locate the funds.
