Conflicting account applications_Please help!

I think I wrongly applied the first time without requesting a MasterCard, since I don't recall having indicated any shipping address. My application was validated.

Yesterday, I needed to add a payment mode in "Upwork" (one of Payoneer's partners). I applied for a second account using my second email address, and I got the confirmation from Upwork (as below) that I should be receiving my MasterCard within a few days.

Unfortunately, my application was not validated because of the conflict with the existing account. Do you think I should cancel my first account, so that we could proceed with the new one with a MasterCard, which I do need now?

Thank you in advance for your assistance; I know the situation is a bit tricky! :) <3

"Congratulations, your Payoneer Payment Card registration was successful. You should receive an email from Payoneer when your card ships (typically in a few days). To check on the status of your card, please contact Payoneer support and refer to Payee ID myriam_ben_salem."

    @MBS Hello,

    If the first account is not linked to UpWork already and you have no use for that account, then contact our support center to cancel the account.

    If you received a notification that your account with the card is approved, then you will just need to wait for the card to arrive so you can gain access to your funds.

    Thank you.
