Withdrawal Issue of Incorrect details

I try to link my bank account for withdrawal but it keeps saying "one or more details is incorrect". I'm sure I put in all right. anyone can help?

    We can see that the details are being rejected due to wrong account number.

    We recommend you to contact directly our Customer Service here, which can be by phone or by mail, and provide an official document from your bank so we can check the bank account details for you.
