Why I don't have Global payment service appearing in my account?

I'm trying to get my routing number and account number to receive payment in my Payoneer account, but I couldn't find them because my global payment service option is not available in my account. Please help me to fix this issue.

Please note, that if the service is not available most probably you need to make a request to enable it.

I applied to open an account on 18/8/2020. I took all the necessary steps for that, I received an email from you that the request will be reviewed within 3 working days, But until today ( 1/9/2020 ) I haven't received any response, whether its accepted or rejected, And my global payment service option is not available in my account. Please help in this issue

You will need to request to enable this service directly to our support center. Please make sure you in advance that you have submitted everything that was requested of you via your My Account ---> Settings ---> Verification center.

If you have done so, proceed in contacting our support center.

Good evening. I requested to transfer my money globally to Advanced Bank of Asia (ABA) a week ago. In Payoneer app, they stated that the money already transferred and already withdrawn from Payoneer app. However, I did not receive the money in my ABA bank account yet.
