withdraw to bank account without card activation.

Hi,
I've ordered the card about more than a month ago and still not here and I guess it will take much more time, I won't need it anyway cause I will use my local bank account to withdraw funds.
I can't withdraw my verified bank account without card activation, can that be changed?
and for the card, can I cancel it or something similar?
