suspended because of due to an extended period of inactivity

Dear sir,
My Account had been suspended due to an extended period of inactivity and expiration of master card, I can still log in to my account, but no details or any options available, I contact Payoneer with a two emails and got inquiry: #200827-026078 and inquiry: #200827-026363, I got two automated emails advising me to open a new account with another email address if my account is closed, the problem is that I can still log in to my account and I dont want to get banned by Payoneer due to having two accounts, I cant close my original account to start going ahead with opening a new account before I a get sure that my account is closed and I am allowed to open a new one, my Customer ID: 11093478, and my account is not in activity for a long time, no master cards is active or valid in my account and no virtual or global banck accounts are available, please advice and accept my best wishes
