Payment received before 3 days still not approved

Payment from my customer was received before 3 days and still its not approved. I have contacted chat support but no use.

Is PAYONEER HAVING CASH CRUNCH TO PAY TO CUSTOMERS DUE TO WHICH PAYMENTS ARE NOT GETTING APPROVED?

IS THERE PEOPLE SHORTAGE TO WORK?

WHAT IS THE MAIN RESON FOR GETTING OUR MONEY AND NOT TRANSFERRING TO US ON PROPER TIME?
