I already submitted my national ID card

Hi Payoneer,
I submitted my Smart National Identity Card and its approved, can you please tell me my account is approved or not, it's ready to transaction?

- and I don't add/ or delete any new bank - it shows "You have reached the maximum number of bank accounts that can be added. For more information, you can"

- My previous bank account that i add its mistakenly wrong info, i was many times email customer care but its automatic reply show, no one can help me, or notify me anything,
