What is my fault anybody explain me ?

My customer id is 37709040. I created an account 1month ago, and want to know what's the status of my account, i.e was it reviewed ? was it approved? Can i use this account for receive money or not ?No email send me....
also i have tried to contact with customer support by email or call, i don't received any human response, except the robot automated answers. same question i have posted on this forum but before get my answer also closed my discussion
