A few days earlier I was asked to verify my account with Smart National ID. I still haven't got the Smart-ID due to epidemic rather having the previous one. I submitted my ID's front and backside as described in the verification center window. After 3 days the sent me mail mentioned that my images were not readable enough as it is with camera flash issue. I captured new images and submitted it yesterday again. Till now there is no response yet. Will I get my verification earlier. Point to be noted that my withdrawal balance is on the way from Payoneer to Fiverr.

How would I get my solution, please?

    My National ID has 00 00 1983 as a date of birth. The system while signing up with Payoneer does not accept the date of birth as in my national ID and I had to use the date of birth in my birth certificate. Payoneer can not accept my ID despite being my legal identification document in my country. I need assistance.
