Creating another account using same CNIC/National ID Card as in existing (unverified) account

Hello there. I created my Payoneer account two weeks ago. I made a mistake in my name and wanted to correct it. I requested to Payoneer via 'Send Message' option under 'Contact Us' section that I want to remove a typo in my name (I also attached the clear picture of my National ID Card). I got a computer generated reply Email that,

"At this time, we are unable to update the name on your account. Instead, we kindly ask that you reregister for a new account from our website with the correct information using a new email address".

For now I haven't verified my national ID under my account. Now, my question is that, Is it possible to create a new account via another Email address with my correct Name? I am afraid that new account will get blocked due to the same CNIC (National ID Card ) number previously used (Although it is not verified yet).

P.S: I have been trying to contact Payoneer but always get a waiting time of 5 business days, and still get no reply. There is no option of LIVE chat under my account (I think it is disabled)

    @hacker52545 Hello,

    This is dependent on how different the name from your Payoneer account is to the name on your government issued photo ID. If the difference is vast, then you will have to close this account and reregister for a new Payoneer account with a new email with the correct name. If the name is just a small typo then you can provide your ID via your My Account ---> Settings ---> Verification center alongside with a request to our support center for this change.

    Thank you.
