Withdrawal Issue, Support Center Not Responded

I am desperate. Support Center is useless and I want to cancel a withdrawal. The transaction date is 28 August 2020. The reason is that I accidentally entered the wrong bank account number (the bank account number that I entered wrongly does not exist). At the time, the transfer status is still pending.

But suddenly the transaction completed. Why! I have requested cancel a withdrawal through "send message"! I have contacted my local bank that the one who has control over the transfer is Payoneer. And all you have to know, I tried live chat and waited an hour with no response at all when the withdrawal status is still in pending! And still the same when my withdrawal status is complete! Please help me.
