Haven't received refund from my load

So I declined my own load a week ago but I haven't get my refund yet. I already charged $20 from my bank account for this purpose and the money haven't return to my bank.


My payment transaction ID was 6673339


If you can help me or giving any hints then that would be very appreciated.

    As per your request, the payment has been cancelled.

    Please contact Customer Support so they can provide you with a transaction ID to locate the funds in your bank account.

    It's been like 5 days since I e-mailed support but no reply from them.


    And I haven't received my refund yet to my bank account.

    Hello Nissim, thanks for the answer.

    Support just replied my e-mail and they are forwarding it to Payment department to investigate. Hope it won't take a long time.
