Pending payment issue

Hello everyone,

I have a pending payment in my payoneer account, and client is saying that he paid, every time he paid I'm getting confrimation mail but this time not, still the payment showing as pending kindly suggest if the same situation have faced any one and found the solution please.

    I have a payment request which is still showing the status “Is being processed.” It’s been five days but still haven’t got the payment. Please enlighten me about this issue.

    my payment is stuck in processing for more than 10 days now.
    i have submitted the requirements in the verification center as well still the payment status is in process

    My Payment is pending from last week. I have requested additional information and I did provide the additional information as well. But still, my payment is not approved yet. I have to make a payment to my supplier. Every time I contact customer support I am being told I will receive a response within 24 hours. But I am not getting a response from the payment approval team. My customer is not happy due to order is not fulfilled due to non-payment to the supplier.
