Documents verification problem too


I am trying to pay my IT services provider, and made three payments. Each of the payments asked me to provide documents to verify my identity, I did it one time on the last one, and was about to do the same for the rest, but then the documents requests disappeared for the two other payments. Those payments have now been cancelled, stating that I did not provide verification documents in time. I have been trying to reach the support, but the chat does not seem to be working, and I had a robot that returned me a reply that was not related to my problem. I am just typing this message hoping that a human at Payoneer can read it and help to solve my issue.

    Unfortunately, the payment was cancelled due to the information not provided in time. You will have to resend these payments and make sure that any email sent out requesting information is provided in a timely manner.
