Payoneer payment stuck in pending status and canceled eventually without any notification

I have been using Payoneer to send invoices & receiving payments from my client in the US for the past 6 months. Everything has been going fine until a payment got stuck in pending status last week and I initially thought that it was normal. But when the payment was still in pending status after 2 days, I called the customer care and they told me that it will clear in 24 hours, but it didn't. I called multiple times after that and I kept asking if they need any kind of information from me or my client that would help expedite the process. But nobody ever asked me to provide any supporting documents/info and eventually, my payment got canceled this past Saturday and as per the email notification, I got it was due to the fact that no supporting information was provided in time. Anyway, I sent a payment request again to my client and he made the payment via CC, and to my surprise, it's stuck in pending status again. Till now I have not received any request from Payoneer requesting additional info from me, and this is very frustrating. Is there anybody who can help me in this regards?

    Our records show that the payment is still under review. Unfortunately, we will have to wait for our department to finish their review an update our customer care on what are the next steps to process the payments. Once there is an update you will be notified via email.
