Why am I getting this "Currently the service does not support the selected payment route"

everytime I tried to add NEW CONTACT to Request A Payment??? Am a freelancer in website development from India and requesting payment from my client in Texas, United States.

Any help is appreciated

    Im having the same issue. Im requesting a solution to the Support care since Aug, 28 and it's still not working. Appreciated any help too.

    Hey @bgb76 . You can use this service to send a payment request email to companies that will include your relevant Global Payment Service details. If you are using the Euro Payment Service, you may also send payment requests to individuals.

    In order to send a payment request, please log in to your Online Payoneer Account and choose Request a Payment from the Receive menu. Currently, we are unable to provide you with the option to get paid via credit card or eCheck unfortunately.

    I'm having this issue also. The payor is is China and they said they have never run into this problem before.
