Payoneer payment request links do not work

Any idea what's going on with the links to the payment requests sent? They are not loading for my client, for me, and for everyone I asked to check, at all. Noticed that on Sept 2, but do not have any idea for how long that is so. Just in case, I am from Ukraine, payment request was sent to US based client.

Tried to create a new PR today - same results. Not loading, and in the end returns 502 error https://prnt.sc/ualyg6

Payoneer support specialist told that the issue seems to be technical, but the only actual suggestion was to wait for 24 hours.
Does anyone face the same problem? Is that something global, and Payoneer tech team is working on it, or something related to my client only? Please advise

    Same here. Trying to pay:
    paynow.payoneer.com | Timeout Error (502)
    Backend Server Error.
    The server you are looking for is currently not available.
