My Money in Payoneer is Still in Pending?

I withdrawn my money from fiver yesterday, it hits my payoneer account, but its not loading in my payoneer account. The Loading button is disable.
AND ITS WRITTEN IN RED LINE
My account is cancelled contact customer care Support
Please help me out
