Waiting for account approval since two weeks

Am waiting since two weeks for account approval.
I had submitted Govt. issued ID on 31 Aug. & never heard back from Payoneer India.
Complaining on email, Twitter or Facebook is equally frustrating & is just an automated answer.
Am just a maths expert hoping to earn a few pennies from Photomath in this pandemic era of job losses, how much time do they usually take to approve? It's already been more than 3 days when i submitted Aadhaar ID???
