Patreon money still pending

Hi im having trouble receiving payment from patreon to my payoneer account the money has gone out of my patreon account and into my payoneer BUT the money is still pending meaning i can't withdraw it yet im beginning to fear that there has been an issue as i recieved a notification about verifying some information but when i clicked on it, it said i didn't need to do anything so i think that might have been the cause for the money still pending on the account.

Hoping to get help asap as i rely on this money for bills, food and what not and i've been struggling to sleep for days worrying about it. Hoping someone from payoneer will see this.
