How to know updates of expedited shipping of the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard?

Hello, I have sent a request for expedited shipping along with the shipping address from the contact us form.

I have received an automatic email and the reference was marked as 'SOLVED'.

My question is: will Payoneer update me on this manually by an agent? If so, when? If not, what should I do about it?
