Payoneer Unable to login from Jazzcash

I've Jazzcash account, To connect it with my Payoneer account it is taking me to landing page of Payoneer but not accepting my ID and password and showing Error " Unable to associate this funding resource with your existing account. Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address." is this a joke? I've fund in my one account and you're asking me to make alternate account. Why such pathetic kind of things you've in Payoneer????? Payoneer QS and testing team is sleeping?
