Global Payment Service not showing

Hello ,
I've created Payoneer account in order to get Global Payment services to Start An E commerce business . However , under the recive tap i cant find The service available . I tried sending mails but i keep gettinbg the automatic reply as the following :
" Log in to your Payoneer account
Go to the Receive tab and select Global Payment Service
On the left, you will have a list of currencies. Click on the currency you would like to add (Currencies for which you do not yet have a receiving account are marked with a ‘+’ symbol)
Press on the Apply Now button to start the application process
Note: To use this function, please make sure that you have a bank account for withdrawing funds added to your Payoneer account.
If you do not have a Payoneer account yet or your Payoneer account does not support the Global Payment Service, you can apply for a new Payoneer account directly through the Payoneer website."
I tried creating a new account but failed as i got a mail mentioning "We noticed that you already have an existing Payoneer account. Please note that Payoneer only allows one account per customer."
Could you please help me resolve this issue ?

Hi, I also do not have the 'Global Payment Service' option under 'receive'? what has to do did you get any solution from payoneer ?0
