Hello, you guys blocked my account and didn't clearly state the reason for that, as if that wasn't enough I have a $100 in the account which my whole life depends on at this point in time, you guys are mean, I'm done with your service, please I need my money back.

    That's sad. Please try contacting their help desk on their website to find out her you'll get your money back

    My payment is pending for 5 days already. I am really sad that this is happening amidst the pandemic. We are really hoping to get my salary to pay our bills and for our food budget but why is my payment really taking too much time to be approved. I already passed all the requirements needed to verify my account. I don't see any issue why my second payment is pending and my first payment didn't get through this very slow process.
