Conflicting commands.

Hi,
My registration with Payoneer is not under process, I guess, due to some glitch. Please check the following ;

In my payoneer account, Status of my _bank account _ reports, "_Action required_"

But, **verification centre ** reports, "**No** open requirements."

My representation to Payoneer by their "Send Message" within their site is futile as my message is responded by their automatic reply - my message is not even read by them, I guess. Moreover, their site does not provide an email id.

So, to summarise, despite the submission of all the necessary documents, the system is holding as "incomplete".
