withdrawal error

I am unable to withdraw funds as all of the funds are currently in my expired card.
while making a withdrawal, I am getting the following error:
"We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
I want to remove my expired card so that all funds are available in USD Payoneer account for withdrawal to my bank without having any card linked to my account.
