My Account Has Been Verified But Still Not Receiving Payment

My account has been verified for quite some time now and I have received multiple payments from clients but recently they needed another verification for withdrawal of payment, 'URL verification' and ever since then there has been no response from the team and Payoneer is withholding my payment based on this verification.

I don't understand why another verification was necessary when I have uploaded all the required documents and everything had been verified and I was receiving all my payments smoothly.

Please help.
