Why is Payoneer unable to understand customer complaints?

It is really strange. Payoneer should not exist. It is anything else than a bank .
No emails replies no answers but lots of stupid solutions which you can see in FAQs.

For two months I am trying to log in but access always denied. Why? not because I am unable to log in but Payoneer IT-Team is unable to solve problems. Payoneer is like google maps. You never now where you journey ends. On water or in a hole.
