Hi.
I have seen a similar post to this, so it looks as if it is legitimate. I am in South Africa and have released money that is due to come my way and with all other platforms, this normally just happens directly into my bank account.
Out of the blue though this morning, someone calls me from exchange4free.com, telling me that they act on behalf of Payoneer to complete and release the funds.
This freaked me out because they knew the exact amount and they were calling from a company I had never heard of before. So here's a few things that you need to do.
1. Mention exchange4free.com on your website as well as in any emails you might send out. You need to communicate this to your clients.
2. If someone from exchange4free.com is going to call, give them a shortlink i.e payoneer.com/exchange4free so that I can quickly validate that this is a legitimate call.
I have now had to spend the time to research this. There is no number on your site to call someone, your Facebook chat is not for support chats and it is an around stressful ordeal.
Please could you look into this as a matter of urgency?
Cheers,
James

Hey, I'm also from South Africa and I think Exchange4free is working with the South african reserve bank and the reporting mandate. You only have to fill in the mandate once a year and not every transaction.0
