How to submit a support ticket?

I did not receive any reply for my ticket with ref # 200628-005682 for more than 2 weeks.
I am trying to order new card to transfer funds from my expired card and already sent a confirmation documents for billing and shipping addresses but still did not receive my new payoneer card.

What I wanted to do is to call to support or create a new ticket but can not find any way to do it. It looks like it is not possible anymore to create a support case.
