Global Payment Settings

Good day I applied for a payoneer account last week. I was able to log in but untill now there are no accounts show up under the receive tab. There is no global payment services option. I even checked the verification centre to see if there was anything outstanding but there wasnt. So I want to find out the status of my account and why this is not showing. I tried to contact your office but the only options it gives is FAQs and no option to contact someone to help me. This is why I chose this method. I know that you say it will show after it is approved which takes 3 to 5 days but it has been more than 2 weeks now. Also can you pleaseee provide us with an email where we can contact someone to assist. We need good customer service.
