My balances were blocked. What are the reasons of it?

Hi,

Firstly I would like to say that I have been using Payoneer for more than one year as a business account and I am very happy with your service.

But today I logged into my account and I realized that all of my balances were blocked. I did not understand the reason because I did not do anything different. This is my business account and I do all of my business financial operations with that account. Please let me know what is going on, why my balances were blocked and how many days it will take. I just learned from kind customer service that this is regular internal investigation and my account is under review. And please explain me this internal procedure.
