How can we close a request ourselves?

Hello dear community,

I created a request 6 days ago to close my account (I was planning to open a new one from a freelance platform; one of Payoneer's partners).

In the absence of a quick feedback, I changed my mind and added my current account to some online platforms.

I updated my request in that sense, but I'm still not getting any feedback. I couldn't find any way to update the status of my request myself (which would have been a fantastic feature for the users).

Do you think I need to do any further step?
