This is so disrespectful

I've submitted a new document for the 5th time since a week ago and I got no response! Why is that? How much time should it take to review my submission???

    No response from requesting a Canadian global account, as well. It said it would take three days, it's been 5 1/2 and this needs to get done, I need to be paid and I'd rather not take a hit from US conversion.
    There's no way to even get help, you have to register a separate account on here and just hope they read the forums?

    A year? Okay. That does not make me hopeful about using Payoneer. It doesn't sound like they get things done on time or professionally. Since moving our money around isn't a joke, I'd like to work with a company that takes this seriously.

    I finally got through.

    Not eligible to use Canadian funds because I am Canadian. No, really, that's the answer. Only non-Canadians who have a Canadian bank account are allowed.

    Is this a practical joke of some kind?
