Global Payment Request (CAD) Not Responded To

Hello,

As per the title of my thread, I have just applied to have CAD added to my global payment service again. I did it on 10/09/2020 after learning that even though I had added a Canadian bank account I couldn't request Canadian dollars. Then it took me quite a while to figure out how to even request Canadian dollars because your website is obtuse.

So after five days there has been no response, and there seems to be no way to get any help other than to come onto this forum, register a separate account, and complain. I'll give it a day or two and then I'll have to find another service that can get the job done.

    I also emailed via the contact option in customer complaints: https://www.payoneer.com/enterprise/customer-disclosures-and-complaints/
    which is distinctly separate from your "support" option. No response yet.

    Suggestion: in your support, you suggest that the reason that a person may not have received approval for a new currency is that the person "didn't see" the emails either approving or asking for more verification. This is not the case. To suggest this to clients who you haven't processed is mildly insulting. Take that off of there.

    This is a payment service for work I am doing. If you can't finish the approval process in 3 days, and then give no correspondence whatsoever, it is incredibly unprofessional. I am not a friend borrowing five dollars, I am a client trying to use your business service.

    Okay, so I finally got through to Payoneer on the phone.

    I am not eligible to receive Canadian funds because I am Canadian. No, really, that's what they told me. So I guess they just decided to eternally ignore my requests and emails, instead.

    Even if I wanted to try to receive in other currencies, it doesn't work at all. Just errors out today.
