Need Information Regarding My Account!

Hi, I am Faizi from India and I signed up for Payoneer long ago but never used it for any transaction. I work as a contractor for USA based company and getting paid via PayPal but now planning to switch to Payoneer. However, before I switch I need to make sure that my Payoneer account is fully active and approved to receive global payments from my employer and there won't be any hold or restriction. I tried but phone and chat support aren't available for me and I understand that it's because I never used my account for any transaction which is fine, I wrote an email to Payoneer but did not get any response so now the question is, how can I be sure that my account is ready to receive payments without communicating with you guys? I just don't want to lose my hard earned money and you guys are making it hard by not allowing me to communicate with your representative. How do I know the status of my account?.. Please help
