My USD and EUR currency options were disabled

Hi, I had used the USD currency option for about 2 years on this account.
but these days I am trying to requests payment to my client, but my USD and EUR currency options were disabled.
How can resolve it? I tried to connect the support center, but I can't find a live chat option.
Please help me, thanks.
