Paypal to Payoneer Link Bank Account Doesn't Work

Hi There,
I have an account on paypal from 2010 and already link with multiple bank account + Card.
Now I want to try to adding my payonerr Global Payment Services USDXX-8823 but somehow it's rejected on paypal.
Could anyone please help to check.

note: my payoneer Customer ID 19124980

    @culunsure Hello,

    Please make sure that you have submitted all requested information via your My Account ---> settings ---> verification center.

    Also make sure that you have a card with sufficient funds linked and verified on PayPal, This has to be done first so our details can work.

    If all steps are completed, kindly wait for our department to review your support ticket.
