Payment being processed

Im waiting for 2 payments since September 2nd.
I've been using payoneer since 2015 and I never had a problem before.
Now, not only Payoneer does not accept my card replacement but I have 2 payments waiting to be approved since September 2nd.
I have sent more than 10 message to support and I only receive auto-responses.

What the h*ck?
I already sent them my ID like 3 times and I dont get a solution nor a real response.
How can I fix this?

    facing the same issue my funds are in pending also since 10 of this month.
