Need to talk to a rep

I have emailed, I have waited for 45 minutes to talk to somone on livechat, I waited on the phone for over 15 minutes before being told to leave a message and someone will call me back. I have been trying to contact payoneer for 3 days now. What else can I do?

    I feel hopeless as I view your complains. I received a payment in the last 3 days and been pending. I don't know what to do.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I have put one of my property on Airbnb for the past 2 years or so. my email is [email protected]. Customer ID is 25212394. I chose the option to be paid on a payoneer card. the card was due to arrive at my mail box 6972 Halway House 1685. I never received the card. for a while i was able to enter into my account and i could see that the money was in. i requested a new card and never received it. after a while i become unable to get into my account. i tried to change the password but the system kept asking me for my old south african phone number i lost and cannot remember.
    today i would like to have the money wired into my south african bank account and i do not know what to do. can you help me, please to access my money, i desepartely need it now.

    as a customer i feel really neglected. payoneer is to hard to reach
