Good day , I have moved my money from my upwork account to my payoneer account but the status is still on pending for the past week.How do i correct this?

    hello i have sent $230 and the receiver does not have the required documents to verify their account , i need to reverse the money to my payonner account... it has been a full week now and i have sent contacted customer support and they still have not yet replied .... please help me
