I sent a request to my customer for request a payment but the customer said it says session expired

I sent a request for a payment to a client using the request a payment option but the client says that when he clicks on the link "it says session expired". I would mention that my business application and global payment application is still not approved from Payoneer if that it a problem.

I'm also having the same problem. My client is also receiving exact same issue 'Your Session has expired". It was working till 22nd Aug as I had received payments one from the same client but afterwards my next 3 requests were not successful as the client is having the issue. Sent them 3 request from AUD and 1 from USD but the same problem.0

i have same problem like others payoneer users. i do sent transection into my local bank but still under review. i do talk with customer live chat member, but he/she tell me that your payment is under review. i have this problem from 1st sep. 20201

Hmm maybe it is a universal issue then, do you know how I can contact Payoneer support?0 -

I have received the payment today. I got in touch with support through chat and they had asked me to inform the client to clear cache and try the same in Incognito as everything was fine with my account.1 -
