Proof of Residence document not being accepted for Mastercard Order

Seeing how the Customer Support isn't working, thought I'd ask here for help.

While ordering my Payoneer Mastercard I have hit a roadblock in verifying my address.

So far I have uploaded:
- My Government Issued ID card
- Insurance details
- Bank statement (taken from the bank literally 30 minutes before uploading)

All three documents have been rejected. I have received a message from Account Approval department before uploading the Bank Statement clearly stating that "A bank statement (no older than 3 months) verifying your name and the address" was an acceptable option.

All the previous steps to activate my account were taken and this is the only thing that's blocking me from using Payoneer properly. Yes, I have also received the initial required payment - account is completely set up, I just need the Mastercard.

What seems to be the issue here? The Bank Statement was exactly how they described it in the message from Account Approval department, yet it was still rejected. Bear in mind that I don't receive utility bills in MY NAME, so that's not an option per instructions I received in the message.

Thanks in advance!

Payoneer's address verification process is ridiculous. I've been customer for long time now, using the card as well. My bank statement was rejected the same way saying it was "blurry"... even tho it was perfectly readable taken from my bank the same day. I just submitted it again in PNG and waiting for a response now.

    It's been super frustrating.

@nezir_isanovic we transferred your case to our approval department, they should reach you via email in the next 3-5 business days.

How did you deal with all that... I have the same issue and to add cherry on top i just moved with my whole family to a new address. Did your issue finally get resilved or you just stopped using payoneer. I need to know if its even worth it at this point or not because I've been back and forth with customer reps and on the 4th day i am still getting that same copy pasted email even though i have gone through this thoroughly.
